EM CrossFit One Year Anniversary BBQ

Come out and support our CrossFit neighbors in Rancho for a successful year over at EM!

There will be a workout followed immediately by a BBQ at 12:00 so be there ready to work then, READY TO EAT!!

I can personally guarantee it will be a workout unlike any one you've ever been to. I have a surprise up my sleeve that will guarantee this workout will be one to remember! Especially for EM!!
