Post your max loads below.
Once we've all maxed out, we will break the movements down as follows:
50% max - power clean x 10 reps, squat clean x 10 reps, push jerk x 10 reps
75% max - p clean x 8 reps, s clean x 8 reps, push jerk x 8 reps
90% max - p clean/jerk x 5 reps
95% max - p clean/jerk x 3 reps
Today's movements will be VERY tough. Make sure you all eat the proper foods to sustain you. See you tonight!
