We're still working the snatch. We're going to break it down to OHS (overhead squats). If you can OHS, you can snatch a heavy weight, deep, and on your heels.
More advanced athletes will work the full snatch from the ground today. Today's regular WOD calls for squat snatch so those who have already completed the WOD this morning will have a pretty good warm-up on the movement.
