These classes are meant to ease new athletes into the sport of CrossFit. We go over the 9 foundational movements as well as CFIE extended fundamentals. These classes are optional to new and current athletes who would like specific help in a more intimate setting with our Head Coach. These classes are completely dedicated to instruction of movements.
