I borrowed this WOD from CF Marina. I did alter it slightly by adding 5 minutes. I know that I need the extra fitness. Have a blast with this one! Let me know how you do.
With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the 1st minute, two pull-ups the 2nd minute, three pull-ups the 3rd minute... continuing as long as you are able.
