Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats
This morning Chris, a.k.a. "# 2", and Mr. Castro attempted Chelsea (30min "Cindy") for the first time. Chris scored and impressive 28 and then threw up shortly after.
Both are soon to be CrossFit trainers!
