Congratulations to the Brasher family for their new addition.
Allow me to introduce Anneliese Elisabeth Brasher! CrossFit Inland Empire's FIRST CrossFit baby! We are ecstatic over hearing the news, Marcy! We all can't wait to meet her in person. You're one tough cookie!! Way to lead by example!

200 meter run
x 3 separate rounds (timed individually- must increase in speed ending with 3rd, fastest time)
