The Patch workout at UCR is off the 60 freeway and University Ave. Follow the signs toward the college and park in lot 24 (you'll see the track and fields). Pay for a parking pass and head toward the track. Have fun!

UCR has made a FREE workout available to SoCal CrossFitters every Saturday at 9am for as long as we take advantage! The training will only continue based on the turnout and turnout has been poor. This would be a perfect weekend to try a workout so get off your butt this Saturday and head down the 60E, exit University, turn Left and pull into the parking lots on your right. (directions are from CrossFit IE training location)

11am- ? : Family Beach Party/Bonfire
Joing CrossFit Inland Empire for our annual Beach Workout! Bring your friends and family to watch, take pictures, cheer you on or join in! Fee applies to workout participants only. All guests are encouraged to stay for a day of sun, volleyball, and football. Training begins promptly at 9am and will continue for approximately 90 minutes. We will reserve bonfire pits for the light nighters who wish to
stay and roast a few marshmellows with us. This is a family event and an opportunity for your loved ones to see how hard you train. Let's make this year's event a memorable one for everyone!

1st Round:
Partner 1: 100 Double Unders (or 300 singles)
2nd Round:
Partner 1: 50 Wall balls
3rd Round:
Partner 1: 800 meter run
Partner 2 will wait in the leaning rest until partner 1 completes the exercise, then switch positions.
