SEE YOU THERE, FROGGIES!!!!!
Saturday, September 19th - Central Valley, CA
2 Men/2 Women
Advanced & Intermediate Teams
City Of Lindsay Wellness Center Pool
860 N. Sequoia
Lindsay, Calif. 93247
We've suffered a personal tragedy with a HUGE Frogman Supporter and owner of 21159 Gear in Visalia, CA, Veronica Morillo. Her vision for the Central Valley was to unite CrossFitters for a traditional OG CrossFit experience that few remember. With a background in swimming, her vision included bringing the Frogman Challenge experience to the competitors of her area.
She was unable to see her dream come to fruition due to a very aggressive infection she contracted. A GoFundMe account was set up to help her family with rising hospital bills and the CrossFit community came together aid her family. Unfortunately, she passed Sunday, June 7th. Services were held this morning (6/17) and we immediately got to work on organizing the event she requested before becoming ill. We've made the decision to cancel 2 events on our calendar to put our focus on a memorial event for Veronica. We hope that all athletes perviously interested in competing at our Los Angeles and San Jose events will join us at our new location in the Central Valley to honor Veronica. She's the woman behind the Central Valley Throwdown and the reason behind our event in September.
More information and registration links coming soon.
Please join us.

We will not be releasing a movement standard video. You all better know the wall ball, double under, situp, deadlift, HSPU, clean & jerk, and OHS standards.
We are attempting to create a layout instruction so you and your team can coordinate BUT we're not asking much of you so if we are unable to get the video edited and released in time, don't worry... you'll survive. You all train for the unknowable. All I want to be able to explain is where movements will be done and where you need to be when you're not performing a movement.
Heat info will be released tomorrow along with an itinerary. Thank you!
